A new name, over thirty-four years of experience

Icyhomes is the air conditioning division of Brick by Brick, a London construction company founded in 1991. We came at air conditioning from the building side, not the box-fitting side - and that changes how an install runs.

WHERE WE CAME FROM

We kept fitting air conditioning into the homes we built

For decades our teams have designed and built the extensions, loft conversions and full refurbishments that these systems go into. Air conditioning kept appearing on these jobs, and the same problem kept appearing with it: the engineers did a clean job on the equipment and left the building work to somebody else. Chased walls waiting on a plasterer. Pipework in plastic trunking because nobody was going to box it. Homeowners chasing two trades to finish one job.

So we brought it in-house. Our engineers are F-Gas certified and REFCOM registered, and the trades who cut the chase, box the pipework and re-plaster the wall are our own people, working to the same standards as the rest of the group. Nothing is subcontracted and nothing is left for you to arrange afterwards.

One company designs it, fits it, and puts your wall back.
